I don't think so. The handbook says that "Children under 12 cannot travel on the front seats.". Better sit them on the shelf behind then  .

Pull the fuse Rick.

Cheers - I'll have a look in the manual - but does it 'cut off' both airbags ? (just in case)

I asked the same question once on Fchat

I was given this answer, for some reason the guy wanted it very P&C but I don't understand why, so here it is:

when you unplug the airbag you must place a 2-ohm resistor between the two pins of the conector. The computer runs a self check and uses resistance to verify component condition.I dont know how you can run a switch unless you just isolate the passenger airbag and ignore the SRS lite in the dash.I think the whole system might be non op in this instance.I used to service airbags

I also asked FerrariUK and was told that there was a CPU soloution (but it cost ~£1,500)

By the way, I think you only need to disable the airbag when you are using kids seat facing backwards - can anyone else confirm this?
Certainly this is what it says in both my X5 and XC90 manuals, so unless Ferrari have special airbags I guess it also applies to the 360.

My kids have certainly driven in my car in standard kids seats, hope it's ok

Kid's in a forward facing one now - so am I Ok with the airbags still active ? The seat is quite a distance from the dashboard, the airbag would have to come back a long way for it to hit the seat.

i would check it out just in case rick just smack the car at the front with a big hammer near the airbag sensor to set it off as this is cheaper than running into something to try it
