As you may know I went looking for a 3 year old Range Rover TD6 for my missus last weekend.

However she saw the new Discovery 3 and has took a shine to it (mainly for the 7 seats and the cubby holes, can you believe) The one I would want is about £31k specced , I wanted to spend £25k TBH, so I shopped about and can get a good deal on a Disco 3 S with lots of extras on a contract hire for £399 p/m

SO, has anyone any experience of the new disco, are they any good, does anyone know of a better deal on one, or would I be better off buying a second hand Ranger for £25k ish which is still gonna be worth £15k ish in three years whereby I will have shelled out £14k with no return on a new Disco??

Help/advice needed, can't make me mind up and the offer is limited to about 10 cars, first come first served.

I drove both and although the disco is good its not as good as a RR. The great thing about the age of RR you are looking at is that its got loads of BWM bit so just feels that bit better made.

just keep looking one will come up!!!
