I Zymolled an Enzo yesterday up at Graypauls , :jawdrop: wow what a car ,
It took two of us 8 hours to do it.Shame it was raining yesterday though , It would have been nice to get some decent outside photo's for the full effect.

Dave, just curious, if you'd have done it alone it would have taken 16 hours, just what the hell do you do to take that long, I mean its not an old car even, just curious why it takes sooooo loooooooooooooooog????????

Awesome car, do you zymol many motors at Graypauls then? I am just round the corner and would love to see some of them in the process of being "done" as it were. I think the Enzo was about the only top Fcar I didn't see there today!

I take my time mate:thumbsup:
it probably would have taken me around 14 to 16 hours on my own ,when you think it can take between 9 and 12 hours for me to do a 360 , there's a lot of painted area , nooks and crannies on the enzo . I did HD it a couple of times though.

spot on dave, enzo looked fantastic, typical its raining when you want some pics for the site though.
good tip with the hd cleanse regarding 2 coats i do exactly the same and also keeping the applicator damp almost wet thins it even more, another free tip for everyone.

Lovely finish mate. Can I ask, due to the high carnauba content, do you really have to warm it up in your hands before applying, and do you warm up the car panels?
thanks

Yes mate , you warm it in your hands , best to put onto cold panels though as warm ones dry the wax out too quick:thumbsup:

Do you charge the owner direct when working at the dealers or do they put there bit on top then bill the customer??

To be completely honest with you , the dealers charge my standard fee and i just give them a bit of trade discount. But in a few cases Graypaul haven't charged the customers at all , they've just done it as a thankyou for their business.

That sounds just like that kind hearted and generous Mario and the rest of his "merry men" at Graypaul,or was that Robin Hood:laugh:

That looks mind boggling, HD Cleanse is the single most impressive car cleaning product I've ever used. It was only on a ten year old Toyota Supra though, but because it was black the results were truly amazing, some people even thought the car had been recently re-sprayed.
Anyway, I'll continue my search for the elusive 360 !! :)

One reason why it may need 2 applications of HD Clense is that Zymol only make it in 1 strength - whereas its arch rival Swissol make it in 3 (normal, medium and strong), plus a professional use product for use with machines.

Dave what process did you use? Was there any need for a polish or did you go straight to the glaze and then wax. Did you clay it at all?
