Just spent 3 hours in the garage with my mate Kev next door who I always call on when I'm in the ****!! He's an electrician. Now have any of you who are not leccy's ever tried to fathom a wiring diagram? Its head exploding stuff.
Problem is I had no power to the window winder motor and he had to trace it back to the fault, well I was bamboozled to say the least. He traced it to behind the passenger footwell and whilst fiddling with wires he found a relay half hanging out, pushed it back in and presto full power restored. He did say the wiring diagram was crap tho with some wrong colours marked.
So now all I gotta do is reconnect everything oil and grease it up and see if its improved, fingers crossed!!

Dear Comrade Testarossa Pilot in Exteremis M8,
I note that you have a particular phrase at the bottom of your post? From whence did you gain this, please?
With kind regards,

That was a result then m8.Normally window, headlamp, wiper motors etc are pretty reliable,it is usually down to bad connections.

It's a masonic phrase, similar to the christian 'Amen'
