One thing I've noticed is that I don't get a e-mail warning that I have a PM, is there a box that I haven't ticked? :embarasse :embarasse

Yes in your USERCP area. Can be notified on PM arrival.

Except it doesn't work. presume it's linked to the problem that stopped the registration emails from being sent

PM worked for me and I did get an email.
