I'm going to spend nearest weekend with my friend in London (11-13 Nov) . What interesting event is going to be there in these days ? Which interesting places should I visit ? Maybe some address of good restaurant ? I've heard that there is Ferrari restaurant ? What about ice bar (bar where is everything made from ice ).

suggestions, suggestions, suggestions..................!!!

Depends on the kind of food you like and budget, but resteraunts like 'The Square' and Circus have always been good in the past when I have been eating out there, the square if you can geta table expect to budget around 130 a head for the meal, Circus would be more like 50. If you fancy some thing a bit different the Russian resteraunt 'Potemkin' near Farringdon is good, russian food I was pleasantly suprised by and the flavoured vodkas are excellent.

If the weather is good then give the london eye a shot - unless you have already done this previously, but this isnt worth it if you have an overcast day as it seriously restricts views.

I'd recommend Eight over Eight on The King's Road or Circle near Sloane Square.

Plateau in Canary Wharf has excellent food with good views. Another plus is secure parking directly underneath, with an express elevator into the venue

If you're both students and want a cheap lunch, the best sandwich shop I've found in London is Harry Brown's near Covent Garden.

Ahhh, must have missed the student bit

You would do well to avoid any of the places I mentioned, as one round of drinks will probably blow you student grant

The wooden Animal Burger shack on Blackheath is tasty too. It's on the A2 opposite Greenwich Park entrance, and won't blow a student budget

There's a few, marked with the blue "P"s. None of them will be free, this is London!!

I would imagine that they're NCP car parks, or similar, and that you pay on arrival.

I think the best parking is the one in Bloomsbury square ( about 10 minute walk away)
