348 dropped bank . Easy fix .

Been enjoying the 358 SP in the uk weather .
It fired up this AM at home on one bank the left . No CAT lights . I checked the leads and no spark from the coil pack thingy . Swapped the ignition module from the good side to bad . Problem did not migrate. So thought coil pack as zero. Spark . Ordered from uk NAPA a pair of each . IGN modules and coil packs £100 all in .

Started to google and injection relays , ECU wiring loom issues , bad cam cover earth etc . I eliminated the CAT sensors as no lights .

Went back to the car and emmery papered up the earth straps and out of curiosity thought I would swap over the injection relays .
When I opened the relay box in the passenger foot well ….: lo and behold there was one relay sat on the floor . It matched the only space on the board dada the RHD injection relays. Plugged it back and hey presto she’s firing on all 8
End ex !

One wonders how it dropped out in the first place ? I mean waited until garaged ? Not while going over speed bumps etc etc .

Anyhow I have figured the spark is reliant on the injector relays function.
Guess the ECU needs to see them before wording the ing module and coil packs to do there stuff .

Italian electrics don’t you just love to em 😊
