Just thought I’d take a minute to introduce myself, I'm Byron and I've recently joined AIB Insurance within the specialist vehicle department.

I have a history in insurance and familiar with the needs of performance and exotic car owners including Ferrari, McLaren and everything in-between.

Some of the benefits I can offer our clients include agreed value, choice of repairer, any driver policies, business use, salvage retention, club member, multi car and limited mileage discounts, comprehensive driving other car benefit plus much more.

Hello Byron !

Quick question : Many Ferrari owners ( myself included ) have aftermarket exhausts ( "sports exhausts" ) fitted to their cars. Is it important to declare this as a "modification" to ensure that Insurance is fully valid ?

Thank you for your question. Yes you do need to declare a sports exhaust as it's classed as a modification.
