Why are you having a go at the guy:thumbsdow If he wants to put it up for that price then its up to him, after all i see that there is also a picture of it in the Grey Paul show room. How do we know if he bought the car last year from them for over 55K?? Or how do we know its not currently at Grey Paul right now at the price on a SOR thing?

I think it's really petty when people start slagging off prices on someone else car.

If you don't think it's worth it, the simple answer is DON'T BUY IT. :thumbsdow

Each to their own opinion but don't let your views impact on the sale of someone elses pride and joy.

If it doesn't sell it that's upto the owner to sort out.

He wouldn't be the first person to out of touch with reality about the value of his car. I am looking at 360 Spiders at the moment, and many owners still think their cars are worth what they were a year ago, and are asking more for their cars than main agents would take for cars that are as new, and guaranteed by the Ferrari network.
 
Well all this so called over pricing is the Main Dealers fault. 5h1t starts from the top. All said and done the average person who dosnt buy a ferrari thinks its silly paying for a ferrari at any ferrari prices when a TVR and others can do it better at a fraction of the cost.

Isn't a car worth whatever someones willing to pay for it? If he sells it at that price good for him if he doesn't I dare say he'll drop the price but theres no harm in trying.

Besides, who are we to judge what price a car is worth when we have'nt even seen it. For all we know it could be in bettter condition than Dales 348.

And we all know what crap is out there.
 
Yea i will say again, Maradonas 355 spider sold for over $755,000.:laugh: Maybe no one here would think its worth it but some one did.
 
sorry thought it was an open forum, not a Paul bashing night!!

I cannae be ars5ed with this view that some people think I'm pricing down peoples cars, I'm only going with a Professional Price Guide (Glasses) and in experience what is the point in advertising way over the odds!!

Seriously I'm not posting over this stuff again, you can all pay through the nose for all I care!!

Glasses guide and previous selling experience give me the right to comment like this!!! I've earned it to the tune of 25k depn!!!

Both only serve as a guide to what a vehicle may be worth. There are many many factors that influence what a particular vehicle will sell for that cannot be captured in Glasses Guide. I do feel that some people on here talk down the value of vehicles and whilst that may be good for the buyers it is certainly not good for sellers.

I sold my car for significantly more than what you said it was worth and got what I feel was fair market value for the vehicle. The buyer is happy and I am happy.
