After getting the gen from Dave with numerous phone conversations tonight I spent 3 hours on the roof. First with the menzerna intensive followed by the final polish and then the EZ glaze. I realise why ive seen Dave and Ian hold the head of the PC and not the handle as on number 6 the handle vibrates too much. I think the hardest bit is getting the pads off the nack is little by little I think. Anyway heres a few pics.

OK so I guess you could say i'm wary of buggering my edges but I'd rather ere on the side of caution, been over 3 times with the M I P it looks good but scratches can still be seen. Don't know if they can be got out or not, awaiting word from DZ and then carry on with jobby tomorrow, 3 more hours tonight

Are you referring to DZ and the "new boyfriend" thing or Si and his polish?

If you've made a few passes with the PC but can still see scratches , its probably best to leave them , its at this point where our paint depth gauges come in handy , we use them to measure the top layer of paint / laquer to give us an idea if its ok to carry on going , without that information , i'd play it safe old shoe.

If you can make it to the lakes weekend , i'll take the gauge up with me and we can have a go to see how it looks
