Default Tyre & Black bits dressing

Can anyone help? What is the best tyre dressing to use and likewise does anyone have a preference for what to use for dressing the other black bits,i.e. rear light grill, bonnet grill etc

Thanks in advance for any help and advice

I use Armour All (spelling?) Tyre Foam. Excellent smear-free results, apply wet or dry and leave. Liquid tyre dressing tend to spray off onto the lower arches/wings.

Autoglym plastic & rubber dressing for the other stuff. Green thick liquid.

Dirt for the tyres. Preferably on the bit with grooves in

The shiny stuff always tends to come off and go all over the paint IME after a spirited drive.

Black shoe polish has worked for me for years. Can be applied in seconds and does not spray all over the paint. Try it, you will be suprised at the results .

I tend to leave the tyres alone, through sheer apathy I suppose........

Richard did them for me last year at Tadworth with some foamy stuff, looked ok.....

I agree with Ken a shine with KIWI shoe polish and it keeps the tyres clean AND waterproofs them to keep the dirt from sticking. double whammy.
