I watched a specialist on QUEST tv some months back re dye a whole schedoni luggage set and the results were OK from what they looked like before, he was pleased but i was not impressed.
apparently they had some original coating applied the leather from production and its an absolute nightmare to get off and then you only have minutes to re dye or it dry's out horribly.
I'm sure someone on here watched the episode, it was for a green 308 on salvage hunters i think some time back.

I'll wait out for a tan coloured one but thanks anyway

I have had luggage sets for many of my cars.

Doing epic European tours with multiple random stops and a family in tow they make perfect sense.
In the 456 GT's I had each one I had (three) had a full set and it was simple. Give a case each to each passenger and say that's all yours. Every time you arrive at a hotel its one less thing to worry about and the concierge's just love the simplicity of it all. Certainly a stylish and practical solution. When we ordered my Wife's Abarth Tributo we commissioned Tramontana of Naples to complete a set of luggage (originally came with two bags) and a bespoke 695 handbag that she still uses daily. We kept it when we sold the car.

My F430 has a full luggage set but I sold the rare cases that went behind the seats. With carbon seats and harnesses they were a pain to use. I now use soft superlight nylon Ferrari hold-alls for behind the seats and the two carbon / leather cases and dress carrier that go in the luggage compartment. I would really love a full luggage set for my 599 as it is the car that now does a lot of our big GT trips and its nice to arrive in style all the way to the check-in but finding one in black for a real-world price is unlikely. Our BMW 335i which is also used for big European trips with friends / family has a full BMW luggage set as we often do trips four-up in that car.

The only downside / upside with all of this is you have to leave some empty space in the cases otherwise you are not bringing much back.

Given that every trip usually involves a trip to the worlds greatest off-license* its a schoolboy error to over pack.
