Admittedly it was 10 years ago but my 550 had Tubi back boxes at the time and I had no issues. I found any border police just waved me through, whereas the year before in my Mini I had the boot searched a couple of times, passports checked etc
It's 10 years since I did it, had to book through my local dealer but it was about £100 each from (hazy) memory. The two of us were the only people on it
Agree with point 2 - but surely the increasing number of these from various manufacturers, plus the increasing volumes of a specific model, means that at some point the collectors say no?
Then the ponzi scheme collapses...
I'm a traditionalist so keep them silver IMO. Maybe a very light gold would work with the red, something like the satin aurum used by Porsche to give a nod to some of the Ferrari racing cars over the years
I do miss the range of my 530d, but I don't miss the stench, clatter and lack of revs. That said, as above I wonder if diesel will be available for longer in an agricultural area like mine.

Looks like I finally need a new clutch after 30k miles in my ownership. The release bearing is whining away so time to get it done. Any advice on where to get a clutch? Eurospares seem cheapest so far.
I've just put my car away for the winter, and it's not long serviced so I won't be getting...
I had the opposite on my 550, the oil pressure was going off the scale and the only reason the needle didn't go further was the stop. Same problem, was the sender gone bad
Multi-marque clubs seems to be more prevalent, certainly where I am in NE Scotland - to the detriment of things like here and the official FOC. When I was organising FOC runs, we would get 4-6 cars (as much as Aberdeen is a wealthy place, and most Ferraris in Scotland are sold here, we...
If you were a dodgy, townser-type with unnecessary jewellery who wears North Face puffer jackets even though it's summer, this plate would also suit you perfectly. PUFER
