430 Door Card Removal - With Door Shut?!

Could the forum advise if its possible to remove the door card with the door shut?

Had an issue with the exterior door handle and now it doesn't work at all - the interior one as stopped also!

Not ideal climbing in through the window!

My experience with a 360 Modena, from memory I'd say no but I could be mistaken. There are some fixtures on the back of the door and also on the bottom edge(?). Maybe someone'll pop along with a handy tip. Good luck!
