After a lot of consideration and discussion, the Committee and Mods have agreed to lift the indefinite ban on Rob Hudson and we welcome him back to Club Scuderia.

In doing so we take the opportunity to remind all members of the rules of the forum, which you can find via the link on the site home page. These rules will in future be more rigorously enforced by the site moderators, using the recently introduced "infractions" system, which work rather like "points on a licence" leading to a ban.

However, anyone who consistently gains such bans will be referred to the committee for a longer ban. So do PLEASE play nicely.

Following discussion Sy's ban will not be extended beyond the initial one day term.

Hazy and Hud bans

The Moderating Team realise that the timing of the automatic bans on Hazy and Hud for 3 live infractions coincides with their absence from Club Suderia for the 3 days of the Leeds & Peaks Run.

The Moderating Team believes that the bans have been deliberately incurred in order to purposefully "wipe the slate clean" with the existing infractions. The Moderating Team are not prepared to accept any manipulation of the Club Scuderia disciplinary system and referred the matter to the Committee.

It has been decided that the automatic 3 day bans be lifted immediately and will be reinstated on the evening of Sunday 18th November.

The Moderating Team would like to remind all members of Club Scuderia that the infractions system is designed to provide a consistent disciplinary procedure for MINOR misdemeanours and that more serious ones will be referred to the committee according to the forum rules.

Hazy`s additional ban.

Hazy`s current ban for gaining three live infractions ends this lunchtime. However due to This post , the Committee has been left with no option but to ban him for another seven day period for breaking rules 3a and 3i, again.
