Hi all...

New to the forum.

My name is Darren ,

Our specialist area is paint correction and defect removal so if you guys have any questions you would like answering I'd be more than happy to help or advise the best I can. This is not an advertisement, I pop up on many forums and everyone will tell you I'm always happy to give the best advice possible. I know Dave Zymol gets about just as much as I do so I'm sure between us we'll keep you all sorted.

welcome darren. The thread was "soft " deleted as it was unclear whether you were advertising your biz for free. You are of course aware that other detailers are sponsors of this forum and we were making sure you weren't treading on toes

I have to admit my first reaction to reading the thread was "if it isn't an advert then why is the company name being mentioned at all?" :thumbsup:
 
i have deleted reference to Darren's company in his opening paragraph as some members are still concerned about free advertising .

I live near a place called Cawthorne Steve, I'm probably as near Wakefield as I am Barnsley but there you go. I grew up in a place called Wombwell but after many years of moving around I settle back in Barnsley. I do some small acting work too which is mainly filmed around Manchester and the north west area so it's ideal, easy access to most motorways but far enough away not to see them, if you know what I mean.

welcome mate :thumbsup: i know cawthorne and it aint nothing like barnsley very fast nice road too ,not that i speed i always stick to the limit:thumbsup: of pedal travel :laugh:

Not quite a star but I am filming on Corrie this months for the Christmas eve and Christmas day episodes.

Some more scenes to do on an ITV drama I've been working on called 'Mobile' which I should finish next week. Got an audition tomorrow for a v.o. for the new 'Creature Comforts' ads and then that's about it for now...

Back to reality and back to detailing I'm affraid but I raelly do enjoy both.

Did the graft working in garages on both mechanical and bodyshop, served in the military and then did the corporate thing for 12 years until I decided to change my life and actually do what I really wanted and it's the best thing I ever did! Sorry, am I sounding boring now...
